7 months agoGreat park, very spacious. My dog loved running around the large grass area. There are three separate areas for the dogs. One designated for small dogs and two for large dogs. Of the two large dog areas, one is grass, and the other is gravel. There's shaded benches to rest on and a water fountain as well. (Not yet turned on in March)

a year agoI love this dog park because you can walk around and get exercise yourself. Great space to check a ball. Never had any problems with any dogs. The people I ran across were super friendly.

3 months agoThis is one of our favorite dog parks to go to. Typically well maintained, large space and separate play areas depending on your dog. Met some really nice people and their dogs here. I will say there are a few people who regularly bring unfriendly dogs here so just keep an eye out. Don't bring your dog to a dog park if it won't get along with others. This is not the place for you.

3 months agoLove this dog park. The big grassy area for large dogs gives my retriever plenty of room to run but I am wondering if the city could fill the mud holes with gravel so that my water dog doesn’t have a muddy puddle to lay in? I have to take him back to work after our lunch break at the park and he is a big mud rat from enjoying those puddles.

2 months agoA decent park! WJ does as much as you can expect from a low maintenance park. The grass is short, and generally green. Bags are always stocked. Only a few low/muddy spots in the "big/active" section. People are pretty good about pooping up their picks. Nice to have 3 park areas, with one gravely section that isn't muddy in the winter.
