The dirtiest dog park I’ve ever been to. Myself and our foster dog had to carefully walk around poop by the gate, and inside the dirt lot they call a dog park. You can tell people don’t pick up after their dog. Ugh.

My dog Sierra has her dog friends and people friends that she sees every day. This is a great dog park that has a community of regulars that care about their dogs and the park.

Love love love all the pups and the people. HUGE running park with water pool and lots of great people with like minds. Gets the energy outta my dog so she sleeps like a baby! I'd be lost without this place. Right next to the lake. Open 24 hrs!

It’s a good sized park with a small dog section. The super bad thing about it is the dogs can squeeze or push the small dog gate open, this happened to us unfortunately. The gate needs to be fixed. Needs some updating too, area is a little run down and the people who keep it up are the ones that bring their dogs…not the city.

Has a small agility course, and an off leash zone for small dogs. The small dog area has a gate at the back so packs using it can join the big dogs if they want. There are benches and a concrete walkway for the humans in the big dog area, and a picnic table under a pergola in each play area. The water fountains are probably controlled by the city of Reno (I am not sure) and I have not seen them on yet in the 5 months I have been using this park. The closest public restrooms are in Virginia Lake Park and at Virginia Lake itself, and I have not had good luck finding them open. Overall the park is a well cared for haven. The dogs here love it and love to play.
