3 weeks agointeresting historical farming ranch operation with equipment displays and story boards. get up close to the old machinery. about an hour to walk through and look at the pieces. there's some shady park benches and tables if you walk west from the east side parking lot off 59th at Mountain View Rd toward the buildings. It's a lot of walking around spaces with wide paved paths. sports fields are farthest west with the dog park and have their own separate entrance. The many pea hens and cocks are not afraid to run up and see if they might beg for your food. Not really a child's play place, but it's a decent picnic and walk around place for an hour or two.

4 months agoWell maintained dog park. Water fountain for the dogs. Has a separate area for tiny dogs if you don't want to associate with the larger dogs. Has a double gated area so you won't have a dog runaway. Great group of dog owners, very personable enjoyed talking with them. One of them even brought a backpack full of ice cubes so ALL the dogs could have a nice cool drink. Very nice since at 7 pm it was still 105 degrees. Dogs loved this man.
