I take my dog 4 or 5 times a week. The dog off leash area is across the Jordan river from the main park. This time of year the grass is thick and healthy. There is a drinking water fountain. The best features for the dogs include a completely fenced area, disposable bags and trash cans and lots of space to run and play.

It's a nice place to play baseball softball or hang out with homeless people smoking blues. You can smell the fentanyl through out the park grounds. Its amazing those people are really high . Minus the smell and appearance of the homeless it's a good park. So it's really a 2.5 scale score but ya know. I'm not insulting anyone homeless or homed. Does that make sense? Peace

One of my favorite dog parks by far. Very big and open. People are friendly, I love the amount of space, and there are a few benches for sitting. In the spring there’s lots of dandelions. In the winter the bridge to get to the park gets pretty icy. The rest of the park around the fenced dog area is pretty empty most of the time. I much prefer the grass here to parks with sand or gravel.

My favorite dog park ever! So glad they turned the water back on. Perfect for my pup to run around with lots of grass and trees and benches! Happened to go on a cloudy day with no one around, but there's usually tons of dogs here in the evening.

If the parks Dept would remove the homeless hut built just ten steps after the bridge that goes over the water on 5th N and Jordan parkway I would feel safer. It is too scary with all the debri to hide people in the very large hut.
