5 months agoRight by the Pueblo zoo and in-between to ball fields. Nice owners and friendly dogs, since everybody has to get along. Great place for pups to socialize. There's a huge sandy area and green field. Park includes 2 dog areas divided so smaller breeds can safely enjoy themselves, and the main area for all breeds. There are bathrooms, as well as a water fountain pump for the dogs. Picnic style seating and a double-sided ramp. Seems regular visitors know the way of the park and help keep it clean and take care of the dogs communally when there (fill water bowls and pools). Very nice and peaceful and also regularly patrolled by security.

a month agoHIGHLY RECOMMEND! This is the most beautiful dog park I have ever seen. Nice gravel area with huge buckets near the well for water for the pups. Then I'm the back area nice grass running field. That's not all, there were tunnels for the dogs to run through, obstacles to run up and down on and toys on a rope they can jump for! They're is plenty of room for all the dogs to play and fountains for water. Don't forget the small doggie area if you have a tiny pup! Make sure you go see this park

a year agoPretty great little dog park located in the middle of a great city park. There is a big patch of grass, a gravel area with fun obstacles lots of tables and benches as well as restrooms and a water faucet. Pretty decent amount of shade, especially for Pueblo. There is also a smaller park for dogs under 18". If it's too hot, the dog park is actually inside the city park which is very shady and grassy so could always just walk there on leash.

4 weeks agoThe park is pretty big and has plenty of amenities, HOWEVER... very few people pick up after their dog, so it's littered with poop everywhere even though the city provides bags. If you approach anyone about picking up their dogs poop they act like I'm the jerk for pointing out their lack of responsibility. Some of the people that come here are the absolute worst. If their dog is being aggressive, they do nothing about it. I've had to protect my dog from several dog attacks. I was even bit by a woman's dog and she became combative and threatened to assult me and have her "niggas" come shoot me for calling the cops on her dog attacking mine and biting me. physical altercations between dog owners are a pretty regular occurrence. Theft is high in the area, all the water bowls that people bring keep getting stolen from the park. Don't leave valuables in your car either because a woman's car was broken into in broad daylight and her purse was stolen. In closing, the park is great. The people suck.

a year agoI have been to a few dog parks and this is a gem. Huge fenced in area with trees and plenty of places to sit. Bathrooms right there inside the park for us humans. Water for the dogs and most of the dog parents have been pleasant. Great vibes!
