a month agoVery nice place however go there hoping small dogs in one side and big dogs on other. Not the cause Shepard on one side and pit bull and husky on others. Asked if dog was ok with small dogs she said “I’m pretty sure. So I walked my small dog on a leash outside of park. Should have area for small dogs.

10 months agoDrove down from Phoenix to run an errand and brought my road dog with me. Found this dog park on Google Maps so we dropped by on a weekday afternoon Met some cool people there with their dogs and had a great time. They have two sections for the dog park, one for active dogs and the other for passive dogs. My dog is an active golden retriever and he had a blast playing with the dogs in the active section. The active area was huge and I would highly recommend this park to anyone in the area. Clean park with friendly people and nice dogs. 🐶

2 months agoLots of dog feces not picked up by owners. I think my puppy picked up an intestinal bug from here. Update: I wish they didn’t have dirty community dog water. Other parks have dog water fountains that are clean. I went this week and watched other dog owners acting like they never picked up poop before. 🤣 Scared of touching trash lid, why? Use sanitizer or wash your hands after. Also biodegradable dog poop bags are better. Please, ditch the one time use bags from the supermarket and get reusable bags. But there are lots of free bags to use if you forget your dog bags.

a month agoThis will be the last time I take my dog to the park. Last time she was stalked by a very large dog, wouldn't leave her alone. Today another dog attacked her and thank goodness she is okay. The bad thing is I tried to intervene after it went on for too long and got bit in my hand by the other dog. Too much drama for me and my dog, so this is the last time. Sad but after two times, not trying a third time. Also has a lot of dog poop that isn't being picked up by the owners, a bit disgusting.

2 months agoA word of warning to anyone who is thinking about bringing your dog here: there are multiple regulars who have dog aggressive breeds and do nothing about it. There's also several adult bullies who accompany those dogs. Its disappointing that people can't be mature or responsible knowing how their dog is and try to make it your problem to avoid them and their pet. There are some nice folks here but the attitudes of several owners here make it a really awful place to try to exercise your dog.
