2 weeks agoI really love this dog park, its always clean, the people are respectful of your dog, and there is a water source available inside the park which is awesome ! No need to bring dog bowls unless its winter. They will shut the water off after the first frost. My only problem is there really isnt enough shade in the summer but i didnt want to dim the rating for that. They put up some shade posts but its not quite enough, maybe another two posts would help a lot. Over all great park.

3 months agoSpacious, well kept dog park located in the main park. Water fountain, several trees for shade. Sides for small and large dogs. Points of interest like logs, tree stumps, and a fire hydrant for the pups to enjoy. Access to extra paths in the park if you want to stretch your legs or it gets busy. Park restrooms nearby!

3 months agoThis dog park is awesome. Tons of space to throw a ball and let your dog run. Parents bringing kids under 10 and babies in (in unattended strollers, no less) is not awesome, it causes serious anxiety for dog owners and their dogs. Some puppies or other dogs may not be great around children or not even used to seeing them which can cause dogs to bark in fear of a strange tiny human. Some dogs have prey drives, some dogs are herding breeds that nip, some dogs are big puppies that outweigh your toddler and are still learning not to jump up. Lots of people don’t train their dogs to have good recall. Lots of dogs like to park run and take out people’s legs from under them in a high speed collision. Some people choose to endanger their

2 years agoGreat dog park. They have water during the summer months, two large areas for both small and large dogs, and it's practical a ball-dog's heaven with the plethora of available tennis balls just laying around. For my part, with how long and wide the park is, I can really shoot off some tennis balls quite far across the park to get my dog doing. Frequent flier here, with many more trips in the future.

6 years agoBig dog park. Over 300ft x 300ft. Dog owners are more responsible here compared to other dog parks - not a lot of poop lying around at all. It's only a year old so when the trees grow taller the dogs will have more shade. The water pump stays on for much longer than other dog parks too. Wasn't turned off until November or December so we had over 9 months of water for the dogs.
