a month agoExtremely large dog park. There are 3 sections, small, large and a training area. The small and large areas both had plenty of shade, benches and water. The large side is a very large area with grass and some wood chips. All the dogs on the large side got along- (probably around 20+ large dogs). Large side had 2 water spigots with bowls for the dogs. The small side is for 20 lbs and under but did have a gate access to the large side as well.

3 years agoThis dog park is huge! Lots of space for both big dogs and two little dog (less than 20 lbs) areas. Plenty of parking, lots of shade, ample doggy water fountains. There is even an agility course! The grass is well maintained; clean area- I didn’t see any dog messes laying around. Great dog park in the Sarasota area 🐶

5 months agoAggressive dogs, inattentive owners. The Huskies and Dobermans are the most aggressive by far. A husky bit my dog today when he was chasing his ball. My dog wasn’t even paying attention to the husky as he just took a chunk out of him while running past. The owner of the husky brushed it off when confronted while I ended up with a $1200 vet bill plus a traumatized pup. Beware, this place is dangerous. HUSKIES DONT BELONG IN FLORIDA. ITS TOO HOT AND MAKES THEM AGGRESSIVE /rant
