a month agoLovely place, with lots of room for dog to enjoy running, throwing balls and swimming. Very affordable membership fee. I only wish that people wouldn’t stand and chat while blocking the gate

4 months agoGreat little place to let your dog run around off leash and play with other dogs. I just wish people would stop opening the gate for others who "my pass stopped working" there is a reason or stopped working!! Go to the city office and find out why!

2 years agoGreat spot. My dog loved it. I would give it 5 stars but this is not a public park. You have to get a pass from the city that costs about $50/year. I didn't see that mentioned anywhere when I looked this place up and found it on Google Maps. So don't pull up thinking you can just walk in. There's not a lot of open running room as the park is mostly a cushioned track around the pond. There are a few benches around the track but most seating is in the playground area. But there were plenty of tennis balls to be found and thrown and it was very clean.

6 months agoThere is plenty of room for the dogs to run around a nice sized lake with bushes, trees and a nice rubbery kind of track that is gentle on the dogs paws. There is also a faucet and hose area, as well as multiple tennis balls available. It is a one-time nominal fee, and a card is issued to be used every time you go, not like other parks where you pay each time you go. The people and dogs are friendly, and all the dogs get along well. Benches available to sit in the shade or sun.

3 years agoThis is my first time taking my baby to a dog park. He had a blast. Not only did he make new friends he also got real muddy and dirty, but that's okay. Before you leave the park you can rinse out your babies with the hose. I wish there was more grass, but he was able to swim and get dirty. I will definitely bring him back here again when I come up from NC.
